01. I am under 18 years old; can I register with NTLearn? |

02. How Many Mock Test Should My Child Do? |
Depends on child, once you are subscribed, your child will able to access the tests unlimited times class which you have subscribed to |

04. When Should I Enrol My Child mock test? |
It's important to create confident to your child capable to handle the actual exam with boldness. This practice paper increases the confidence level of your child |

05. How to register as a member? |
a. Click the register button, then complete all the required field information then click submit button.
b. Once you click submit button, you will receive a welcome mail to your inbox.
c. Enter your login credentials on top of the login section to login as a member area. |

06. Login issue (could not able to login) / Forgot password |
a. May be your password is wrong; Try login again, if you could not able to access, click the forgot password link,
b. Then enter your user name and click submit button. Your password will be send delivered to your email. |

07. After I registered, I did not receive any welcome mail |
a. Please check you junk mails, may be your mail host provider truncated our mail as a spam.
b. Still if you do not find any mails from us, please contact our support team via our email support@ntlearn.com
c. You will get a response within 24 hours from the ticket raised.

08. How to access Demo / Test / Free practice test questions? |
a. Enter your login details to login to your member area
b. Then choose the class, click the topics which you want to practice
c. Proceed with the practice tests |

09. Problem in accessing questions: |
Please ensure you pop-up blocker is enabled. Still problem in access live / Demo classes, please do not hesitate to contact us via support@ntlearn.com |

10. How to make the payment? |
a. Once you logged in as a member, click the subscription link and the select the class you wish to access all the questions
b. Then click submit, it will bring you to the PayPal payment gateway.
c. Proceed the payment, once the payment done, it will be redirected to our NTLearn website
d. Then click live classes to get complete access. |

11. After made, payment issue in accessing live classes |
a. You may accidently closed the window after made a payment, instead of automatically return back to NTLearn website, please send a email to our support team: support@ntlearn.com, our technical will assist you to resolve the problem.
b. You will get a response within 24 hours from the ticket raised. |

12. How to sponsor question |
a. Please write an email to our support@ntlearn.com

13. Limits of accessing our test engines |
After made a payment, you can access our tests papers unlimited for a period of subscription made (example - 7 or 15 or 30 days from the payment date). |
